The St. Catharines Flying Club is located at Niagara District Airport in the heart of Niagara. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the best possible flight training at the lowest possible cost for over 80 years.
We are registered as a Private Career College under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005, and approved as a vocational program under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005 to provide Instructor Rating and Commercial Pilot training.

The Club is a Certified Flight Training Unit, registered with Transport Canada with two class 1 instructors, one class 2 instructor and two class 3 instructors. We also have 2 Transport Canada Certified Pilot Examiners.
We provide training for Recreational Pilot Permit, Private Pilot license,and Commercial Pilot license as well as Instrument, Night, Instructor, and OTT.

The Social Committee has had our first meeting of the year to plan the dates and activities for the Club in the upcoming year. We will be posting the dates and themes here as the time approaches. All the events are listed at the left side of the page for a quick reminder. Stay tuned for more details.

Lakeland Florida is where the next club group trip is heading. If you are interested in joining as a pilot or student, let Dispatch or Mike know. The trip is scheduled for April 13 to 17th. Get your speedos out of the closet and join the pilgrims.
Gift Certificates make a great gift for pilots, would be pilots, or folks just wanting to go for a sightseeing tour. They are available from Dispatch in any amount.
New Hours are in effect. Winter hours are from 8am to 6pm. If you need anything outside those times, you will need to give Dispatch ample notice.
