The St. Catharines Flying Club is located at Niagara District Airport in the heart of Niagara. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the best possible flight training at the lowest possible cost for over 80 years.
We are registered as a Private Career College under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005, and approved as a vocational program under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005 to provide Instructor Rating and Commercial Pilot training.

The Club is a Certified Flight Training Unit, registered with Transport Canada with two class 1 instructors, one class 2 instructor, two class 3 instructors and one class 4 instructor. We also have 2 Transport Canada Certified Pilot Examiners.
We provide training for Recreational Pilot Permit, Private Pilot license,and Commercial Pilot license as well as Instrument, Night, Instructor, and OTT.

Sightseeing
Take a thrilling air tour over Niagara on the Lake, the Niagara River, Whirlpool and Falls.
Cost is only $100.00 for a 1/2 hour flight for 3 passengers.

TGIF's
Starting again on Friday May 24. Bar opens at 5pm and the burgers and sausages come out at around 6pm.
PPL ground school

GPS Ground School
The club now has three airplanes with the Garmin 430 so Conrad is going to schedule a GPS Ground School for some time in the future to familiarize those interested, with the Garmin. Contact Dispatch at 905.684.9447 to register or for more info.
Advanced Pilot Ground School

Gift Certificates make a great gift for pilots, would be pilots, or folks just wanting to go for a sightseeing tour. They are available from Dispatch in any amount.
Club T-Shirts and fleece shirts are available. T-shirts are $15.00 and fleece shirts are $50.00. Various colors are available. See Mike Neave to place your order. He has samples and a cataloge that you can browse through.
